A typical mid-size Portland estate cleanout might include clearing 3–4 bedrooms, a full kitchen, living areas, garage, and basement over 2 days: family keepsakes set aside first, donatable furniture routed to ReStore, metals recycled, and the home left broom-clean for the listing agent. We'll walk your property and give an exact quote before any loading starts — no surprises.
Pricing for full-house estates typically runs $1,000–$3,000+ depending on volume and access. Small apartments start around $500.
